In this webinar, board-certified special education advocate Courtney Burnett will discuss the basics of IEPs, 504 plans, and the evaluation process, and will expand on the roles and responsibilities of parents in the process. Participants will also learn more about how parents and caregivers can participate in IEP and 504 meetings, and how they can become empowered as advocates.

Courtney Burnett is a board-certified advocate in special education. Courtney grew up on an IEP and has a learning disability herself; because of this, Courtney understands how essential IEP services are. Courtney is passionate about helping families understand special education and IEPs.
