Peter Flom’s latest book is titled “Twice as Weird: A
Memoir about Twice Exceptionality”1. In this memoir, he
shares his experiences of living with nonverbal learning
disabilities while also being gifted, a condition known as
twice exceptionality (2E). The book delves into his
journey from being diagnosed with “minimal brain
dysfunction” as a child to achieving a Ph.D. and
navigating life with his unique set of challenges and
strengths.

His previous work was “Screwed Up Somehow but Not
Stupid: Life with a Learning Disability” where the author
offers valuable insights on living with a nonverbal
learning disability.
