COVID-19 Resources

The COVID-19 pandemic has, whether we like it or not, forced us into trying to adapt to a new normal.
Businesses are closed. Human contact is replaced by social distancing and Zoom connections. Probably the shift most parents are feeling the most is that, all of a sudden, the classroom is our home and not in school. To say the shift has been bumpy is probably an understatement – for both parents and kids alike. For parents of kids with learning disabilities that rely on specialized instruction and support, it’s downright scary out there sometimes.
LDA has worked with our state affiliates, our partners and other organizations to try to help you navigate the new normal – your new day-to-day. We’re not here to say it’s going to be easy, but we’re here to say you’re not alone…
